Richard joined Intercytex as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in July 2002. Previously he was Group Finance Director of Computeraid Services Ltd (IT services and software) and Finance Director of Cobra Therapeutics Ltd (gene therapy). Before Cobra, he spent ten years in investment banking with Morgan Grenfell specialising in mergers and acquisitions and fundraising.
