3. I have lost my Intercytex share certificate(s). Can I get a
replacement?
The request for a replacement share certificate should be referred
to: Capita IRG plc,

0871 664 0300* and overseas: +44 208 639 3399. There will, however,
be an administration fee payable to Capita IRG plc for this
service, and there may also be an indemnity charge for replacing
share certificates. The amount of the indemnity varies, and is
based on the market value of the shares at the time of replacement.
4. I want to transfer my shares to another person. How do I go
about this?
You will need to complete a Stock Transfer form and send it along
with your share certificate(s) to Capita IRG plc, The Registry, 34
Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU, Tel: UK 0871 664 0300*
and overseas: +44 208 639 3399. To download a copy of a Stock
Transfer Form, go to the Helpful Information for Shareholders
section at www.shareview.co.uk.
Stamp duty may be payable depending on the type of transfer. As a
general rule, if no money is changing hands then the transaction is
not liable for Stamp Duty.
5. An Intercytex shareholder has died. What should I do about
their shareholding?

208 639 3399. You will normally have to produce a sealed copy of a
Grant of Probate (Confirmation in Scotland) or Letters of
Administration to the Registrar. However, if the total value of the
estate is less than £5,000 then, in certain circumstances, a
special small estates procedure may be adopted.
To avoid confusion around this time, prices are sometimes quoted
'cum dividend' (meaning 'with dividend') which means that the buyer
will be entitled to the next dividend payment and the share price
has not been adjusted.

by post?
